venice beach builded an apartment building that has cafes and some stores down under..this apartment building is luxroius but not located on the beach..it has a smaller version of it near it..the small building is for a new offices for rent..its a small office building..these two buildings are sourounded by a fake and lovly canal and it goes for 20 mintues on a boat..romantic and amazing..we puted four boats for rides and the rides costs 10 bucks..this canal after 10 mintues takes you to the new orange roade project..it has 33 houses infront of the canal a..these houses are apartment houses and each house has three apartments and only for rent and have two bedrooms and two baths and small kitchen and living room and small laundry room..
we opend these apartment buildings in venice beach front of the beach..both buildings dont have swimming pools 
alot of gay and lesbian and transgender students are opend with their families..and alot of them didnt need the help of our copmany to leave and live on ur own wih foster parents..so these families are proude of their kids and moved to venice beach and luxe to live with them and support them..we already helped 340 families move..most of them have three kids..in the orchid street we also builded these houses for sale and rent..we builded 10 houses of the garage under floor.and the other project is 12 houses.. 
now any one can get married at the luxe island church..it has a priest and good for sunday prayrs..

because we care that our kids get the best education..we opend a private high school and a private secondary school all on luxe island..they cost 2000 a year both and have alot of activites..all the other schools are located on venice beach..we have soccer matchs and basket ball matchs..we also teach tennis and ballet..we do proms and home coming matches..

elton john have alot of propertys on venice beach and luxe island and helped the schizophonic foundtion do this project..we have alot of gay millionares who dontaed millions and millions to help build history..we have 40 gay millinares..we have 24 gay familys millinoares..we have 22 lesbian minlinares..we have 54 lesbian families millionares...we builded these apartment buildings but the one with the big circale is penthouses..all of these buildings have two bedrooms and two baths and kitchn and living room.
and we also opend a small bowling ally it has 12 lanes only and a small an all american diner inside of it..its good fun..
we also opend a rock climbing center with professional trainers and amazing fun..we have a member ship for 120 a month you can come and bring your one friend to have fun two or have our 500 a year membership card and enjoy with bringing ur friends for six diffrent times..it has a small healthy cafe inside..and four trainers..
and we also did a rock climbing on the beach and it has two trainers and amazing fun..its located on the amazing sand..
we did six vollyball baskets on the amazing sandy beach..and anyone can have fun...for free..
we opend two soapy filed for foot ball matches..the rent is two hours for 40 dollers and one hour for 30 dollers..more hours are 80 dollers..
we opend two karoke clubs both are small and has 17 tables are of four chairs..
in the london street we opend the brodway theater..we do brodway shows but everyone is gay and lesbian..we have alot of shows on diffrent nights we have chicago and hairspray and phantom of the opera and cats..
we opend a 200 chair boxing studio for every friday match and the winner gets 500 dollers..come and enjoy..sometimes its men aginst women..
we opend three comdy clubs and each have 18 tables...
we opend an open studuim that is free for rentals and yearly festivals..it can fit 2000 person..and its an old style..
this is the bridge between venice beach and luxe island and its an amazing bridge because you can walk and jog and even have a romantic walk ..its 25 mintues walk to luxe island and 5 mintues ride ...it has small corn dog stand and cotton candy and ballons stand..
we opend an all nature park for amazing walks and walking the dogs and picnics and small sand playground for kids that can fit 100 kid and great rides for skaters..its called beach park
we opend this ice skating rink but on monday and tuesday its booked for hooky players only..we have two idecincal skting rinks and we do matches most of them are from schools..but anyone can come and skate and have fun..

we also opend a place called blue ocean that has a 400 meter swimming pool with two small wales and four dolphins and four seals for amazing preformances and fun and taking ur pics too..
we also opend two small jazz clubs with live music from jazz bands or jazz preformance and sometimes jazz singers..very small and cozy..
we also opend a street called market and all..it has small shops all in one row..one antige shop,book shop,two jewlerry shops,fourtune teller,8 clothes shops,ice cream shop,sandwhich shop,two shop repairing shops,one chinese take out resturant,one cd shop,one kids toys shop,one biycels shop an reparing..this street is amazing cuz it has preformance like a man on skaters and playing music or a women dancing or jugglers..this street is like the talent street..and it also has one vegtables store.. great experince..and this street has one pup and two cafes..
we opend the french tennis country club its for vistors and members and it has a large resturant with bar and lounge..its extremely exclusive for vip members..
we also opend a skwach center that has five skawch rooms with trainers..
we opend a large kick boxing studio that also teach tea kwando and karate for both adults and kids..
we opend a scuba diving center..great fun..we also opend two surfers center for learning and selling surfer stuff and life guards provding..and we opend the ocean center for jet skis rides and banana rides for fun..
